Don't be that boss

If I could have only one management/communication book on my shelf, this is the one I would choose. Wiskup's writing style is lively and engaging.

As a young motivated professional this book greatly helped, and will continue to help, me overcome challenges in my communication methods. I recommend this book to anyone who desires to have a healthy balance of a personal and professional rapport with their staff and coworkers.

I've now read three of Mark Wiskup's books and consider him one of my favorite authors. As a front-line manager for a large corporation, I found "Don't Be That Boss" to be relevant, practical and immediately-actionable.
